「びわ湖虹色ライド」にご協力、応援いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、びわ湖虹色ライド実行委員会は、
新型コロナウイルス感染症の未だ収束見通しが立たず
コース運営設定に深く影響を受ける事を踏まえ
9月26日に開催を予定しておりました「びわ湖虹色ライド」の
開催中止を決定致しました。

「びわ湖虹色ライド」は、2019年に「近江国戦国ライド」として、びわ湖湖畔の自然と滋賀県の広域にわたる市を巡り歴史を感じてもらうライドとして立ち上げました。
本年度より新たに「びわ湖虹色ライド」と名称を変え、開催に向けびわ湖湖畔以外の知られていない滋賀県の魅力ある場所も取り込み、より楽しんで頂けるコースやアクティビティーを提供すべく実施に向けて最終準備を整えておりました。
しかし「新型コロナウイルス」の感染が未だ収まり切れていない状況が続き、今回予定しているコース運営にかなり影響を及ぼす事が予想される為、参加者の皆様やスタッフの安全を第一に考え実行委員会での協議の結果開催中止という決断に至りました。
大会を楽しみにされていたサイクリストの皆様、ご協力いただいていた関係各所、 地元自治体の皆様には大変残念なお知らせとなりますが 実行委員会では2022年の開催を目標に各所と連携を重ねて参ります。
